Build and test with official Circle test USDC on Base Sepolia. Choose a provider program or a direct-merchant program in the same sandbox.
| Build | Available behavior |
|---|---|
| Provider or direct merchant access | Verified-account signup, scoped seven-day credentials and immutable designated reviewer. |
| Existing-wallet enrollment | Merchant reviews explicit rates, limits, source, deadlines and registrar before signing. |
| Protected checkout | Buyer-authorized payment follows the accepted funding mode; direct mode forwards all proceeds immediately. |
| Separate refunds | Exact buyer claim and reviewer decision bind BLISK-authorized execution. |
| Partial funding and recovery | Track approved, paid and owed. Reserve mode uses eligible routed recovery; direct mode permits explicit bounded retries. |
| Signed status delivery | Actual HTTPS to the fixed same-sandbox receiver with caller-driven retries and deduplication. |
Reserve mode uses explicit deposits and eligible routed payments. Direct mode uses the enrolled merchant wallet under its signed mandate and separate allowance. Neither attaches arbitrary inflows or integrates provider-managed balances. Approved refunds are not guaranteed reimbursement.
Provider and merchant identity/KYB, evidence truth, claims policy and customer support remain provider responsibilities. Risk tier is a selected input; it does not establish identity or collateral adequacy.
This testnet service uses bounded operator execution, an unaudited verifier and trusted RPC. No mainnet, production custody, external provider webhook, independent adjudicator organization or automatic reorg repair is enabled.
QuickstartRun the browser and independent client flow. Exact funding semanticsRounding, limits, deadlines, withdrawals and exit.
